You vs You Challenge
Now is the time to invest in yourself - the You vs. You challenge is back!
You vs. You is a 60 day challenge that will run from the 12th of April 2021 - 11th of June 2021.
The purpose of the challenge is to give yourself an opportunity to invest in your own health, physically and/or mentally. Challenge yourself with help and support from an uplifting and encouraging community of thousands of members. You set your own individual goal - because it is all about YOU vs. YOU!
How do I enter?
Via the application form on the website below.
Remember to take your before picture and continue to do so throughout the challenge. (Tips on how to take the best progress photos below!)
It is free for anyone to join! (You don't have to use the OWNU app to participate)

Will there be winners and prizes?
Once the challenge ends on the 11th of June you will have 7 days to submit your before and after progress pictures. There will be 3 winners selected from 3 different types of goals achieved and each winner will receive all of the prizes listed below!
You can show improvements on anything, whether it’s working out, running, drinking more water daily or even journaling or reading a book!
Like in our previous challenges, there will be some really exciting prizes for the winners! But rather than talking too much about the prizes now, we want to emphasize that you're doing this challenge not for the prizes, but as an investment in yourself. Your biggest gain will be the goal you set and reach for yourself!

Are there any support groups?
Follow us on Instagram (@ownuapp) and also join our Facebook Group "OWNU" if you want to be inspired and supported by other users taking part in the challenge! We will also frequently post workout advice and will hold weekly mini-challenges on Instagram to help you stay motivated throughout the challenge.
Tips for best photos
- Show Your Shape
- Wear the Same Clothes
- Use a Plain Wall as a Background
- Take a Full-Body Photo at Eye-Level
- Shoot 3 Photos from 3 Angles
- Stand in Natural Light
- Maintain Good Posture
- Take Photos Monthly (every 4 weeks to see progress)
To compare the changes, you’ll need to see the changes. It’s impossible to do this if you’re wearing a baggy t-shirt or shorts. Form-fitting activewear/swimwear is best. Your stomach area should be visible, as this is a great indicator of weight loss and/or muscle gain.
(or at least something similar every time you take photos)
Ideally if you can get someone to help you take the photo!
